There are so many things that makes ANU a special place to live, study and work - and what better way to see if ANU is your place, than a campus tour.

Roam our beautiful campus whilst guided by a current student. This ambassador will take you through the heart of campus whilst showcasing our transformative facilities and sharing their knowledge of ANU.

What to expect

  • 1 hour outdoor easy-level walking tour
  • The campus tour covers Kambri - the heart of the ANU campus, University Avenue, libraries and some of our ANU colleges and student residences.

Extras

  • Discover what living on campus is like - explore a student residence. Between December 14, 2024, to January 25, 2025, you can add an accommodation visit to your Saturday campus tour. This tour extension will give you a firsthand look at where our students live, study, and create lasting connections. Please note that this addition will extend your tour by 30 minutes.

What if you are unable to find a tour that suits you or tickets have sold out?

If you are unable to find a tour that suits your schedule or tickets have sold out, you will be able to register for the waitlist on the Eventbrite page. Note that this is subject to us receiving cancellation for the tour and is not guaranteed. In the case that a cancellation is received, you will be notified via email that a ticket has opened with further instructions on the next steps to take.

You are welcome to visit the campus on your own

You are welcome to visit our campus outside the scheduled tour times and do a self-guided tour. Our campus is open to the public throughout business hours. Some buildings are not open to the public and will require an access card. If you are interested in looking around our accommodations, you will need to reach out to the individual student residence for more information.

We recommend starting at Kambri if you opt to conduct a self-directed tour. Please feel free to reach out to us at campus.tours@anu.edu.au prior to your visit and one of our team members will be able to provide you with points of interest that you may like to have a look at. You can also view our virtual tours below for ideas on where to go.
