Take a campus tour

ANU Open Day is your chance to explore our Acton campus in Canberra, and trust us, it’s worth the walk. With beautiful green space, more than 150 buildings and cool hidden corners, getting familiar with the campus now will make life much easier if you decide to study here. Future you will thank you.

Campus tours at ANU Open Day are a great way to see key spots like our libraries, student residences and academic buildings. You’ll also come across public art and sculptures as you make your way around. Remember to wear comfy shoes, bring a water bottle and apply sunscreen because you’ll be covering some ground.

You can also join faculty-led tours and information sessions across the day. Each academic College opens its doors so you can step inside spaces like speech and language labs, recording studios, art workshops, science precincts and advanced learning facilities. ANU Open Day is the perfect time to explore our student residences in person. Walk through rooms, check out common spaces and get a feel for where you’d like to live. It also helps when it’s time to submit your accommodation preferences, either through the early offer application between March and May or later in the year via the accommodation portal if you apply through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC).
