Domestic applicants who achieved an Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB) Grade 8 or higher at any time during, or prior to, their Year 11 and 12 studies are eligible to receive 5 performer adjustment factors.
Applicants must upload their AMEB certificate as supporting documentation with their application for assessment.
You can find the overall eligibility requirements for adjustment factors here. Adjustment factors awarded through the Elite Athlete Friendly University Entry Scheme, the Subject Adjustment Scheme, and the Performer Scheme share a cap of 5 points, within the overall maximum of 15 adjustment points. Excluded programs do not accept adjustment factors from these three schemes.

Applicants interested in the Bachelor of Music may submit a portfolio as part of their application. A satisfactory portfolio may provide an adjustment factor of up to 10 points. Further information on portfolio requirements and submission process is available on the School of Music website.
