About this scholarship

 

For students commencing their Undergraduate degree at the Australian National University (ANU) in Semester 2, 2026, the ANU Coursework Scholarships Office (CSO) may offer a number of awards known as the ANU Access and Transition Bursary.

The objective of the Award is to provide financial support to domestic students to assist with study-related costs associated with undertaking their program at ANU.

Funding for this Award is provided by the Australian National University through internally allocated funding resources.

Eligibility

 

The Award is available to a student commencing at the ANU in Semester 2, 2026 who: 

  1. is a domestic student;
  2. receives an offer of admission to an undergraduate coursework program at the Australian National University; and
  3. enrols in, and remains enrolled in, a program of study at ANU for the semester in which the Award is offered.

The Award value will be stated in your offer letter and will be paid as a one-off payment after census date unless otherwise stated in the notification email. 

The recipient is responsible for making payment of all tuition fees by the prescribed date as set out by the University each session. Recipients of the Award are responsible for the costs of books, study materials, accommodation and all other costs of study.

There is no application as students are automatically considered based on meeting the eligibility criteria and conditions prescribed under the Eligibility section.
