The ANU Australian Football Club (ANUAFC), together with partners KJR are pleased to announce the launch of the 2021 ANUAFC Women's Leadership Scholarship. Building on our Women's Leadership Program over the past 4 years, the ANUAFC is excited to welcome KJR to the team to sponsor the 2021-2023 Scholarship, which is the only scholarship of its kind. After a tumultuous 2020, KJR have stayed committed to Women's leadership and community sport by continuing their support through to the new season.

Eligibility

 

The award is available year to a prospective or continuing female ANU student who:

(a) is a domestic or international student at the ANU in 2021;
(b) is enrolled or enrolling in an undergraduate degree or postgraduate coursework or research at ANU in 2021; and
(c) can demonstrate a history of, or potential for, excellence in Australian Rules Football.

Additional information

 

The successful applicant will receive $5,000 per annum for up to 3 years of study at ANU. Scholarship holders will also be provided leadership and career development opportunities, both at the football club and as speaker and ambassador for the ANUAFC, ANU and partners.
