The Bassett Downs Endowment provides fund for Bassett Downs Honours Scholarship for Zoology to support for Honours students undertaking research projects involving field or lab-based work on native species in systematics, conservation biology, behavioural ecology, or community ecology.

Eligibility
The Scholarship shall be awarded to an applicant who:
- has an exceptionally high level of competence in systematics, conservation biology, and/or behavioural and community ecology; and
- is eligible to enrol into the honours Year of an undergraduate program offered by the Research School of Biology
Additional information
- the applicant's academic record; and
- the applicant's high level of competence in wildlife, conservation ecology and/or animal behaviour as demonstrated through their work
No formal application is required as eligible candidates will be automatically considered for the scholarship.
