About this scholarship

 

The Calleo Indigenous Scholarship aims to provide financial support to students who have experienced educational, economic or social disadvantages and who may come from rural or remote areas of Australia.

Funding for this Award has been provided by Calleo Indigenous Pty Ltd, a Canberra based recruitment agency, committed to supporting causes and individuals to enable the development and creation of education and employment success for Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander people.

Eligibility

 
The Award is available each year to a continuing ANU student who:
  1. is a domestic student; and
  2. identifies and is accepted as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander; and
  3. is commencing their second year of an undergraduate degree at ANU; and
  4. at the time of application to ANU, was eligible for and received adjustments factors.

Additional information

 

The scholarship provides a stipend of $5,000 per annum for up to 3 years.

Students are automatically considered based on them meeting the eligibility criteria or conditions prescribed under the Eligibility section.
