Each year the ANU College of Law may offer a number of awards known as the Chris and Kerryn Marks Travel Grant.
The objective of the Award is to support ANU College of Law students undertaking an Indigenous focused course offered by the College. It is anticipated that this Award will increase opportunity for ANU students, regardless of their financial means, and further enrich their student experience, cultural competence and learning outcomes as they develop a greater understanding of justice and the legal system, as they impact on Aboriginal peoples.
Funding for the Award has been provided by Chris and Kerryn Marks, who established this Award in recognition of the importance of ANU College of Law working in partnership with Indigenous Australia.
