Each year the John Curtin School of Medical Research (JCSMR) in the ANU College of Health and Medicine may offer an award known as the Dewar Milne Prize in Immunology.
Funding for this Award has been provided by John Dewar Milne, a graduate of the ANU.
The objective of the prize is to acknowledge a high-achieving research candidate who has carried out the most significant piece of research during their doctoral candidature, whilst enrolled in a PhD program based in the College of Health and Medicine.

Academic meritThe Award is available each year to a person who was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the previous year for research conducted at JCSMR in the field of immunology.
