About this scholarship
TThe objective of the Award is to support an ANU Law School who identifies as a female student, and who is able to demonstrate educational disadvantage on the grounds of financial, physical or emotional hardship.
Funding for this Award has been provided by Dorothy Mayhew-Hirvonen in recognition of her love for ANU and the time she spent here as a student.

Eligibility
The Award is available each year to a continuing ANU student who identifies as female and (at the time of application):
- is a domestic student or international student; and
- is enrolled in Bachelor of Laws (Honours), whether undertaking as a single or flexible double degree, at the ANU College of Law, Governance and Policy; and
- is able to demonstrate educational disadvantage on the grounds of financial, physical or emotional hardship.
Additional information
The value of the Award is $2,000. The Award is paid in a one-off instalment upon accepting the Award unless otherwise stated in the letter of offer.
