About this scholarship
Each year, the ANU School of Medicine and Psychology within the ANU College of Science and Medicine may offer an award known as the Jessica King Scholarship.
The objective of the Award is to assist Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students to undertake the Doctor of Medicine and Surgery program (8950XMCHD) at the Australian National University.
Funding for this Award has been provided by the Weltverbesserung Fund. The Fund is a family-run trust which aims to promote equity in health, justice and the arts

Eligibility
- is a domestic student; and
- is of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent; and
- identifies as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person; and
- is accepted as such by the community in which they live, or formally lived; and
- is a medical student enrolled in the Doctor of Medicine and Surgery (8950XMCHD) at the ANU.
