Only one recipient can hold the award at any given time. Once the previous recipient has graduated or has exceeded the five year period, the ANU College of Law will re-open the applications for this award.
To be recognised as a 'prospective' ANU student, applicants must begin their ANU studies in semester one of the year the award is being awarded. Students who started their ANU studies in semester two of the previous year will be deemed 'continuing' and therefore ineligible for the award.
Please note that applicants need to conform to the University's concurrent scholarship position as outlined in clause 17 of the ANU Scholarship, grants and bursary (coursework) procedure. The total annual scholarship limit can be found here.
