Continuation based on full-time study loadThe award is available each year to a current or prospective ANU student who:
(a) is a domestic or international student;
(b) receives an offer of admission to an honours specialisation in the ANU College of Science or the ANU College of Health and Medicine;
(c) is undertaking research utilising non-animal alternative methods to replace the use of animals or animal products in medical research.
The scholarship is valued at $15,000 p.a. The duration of the award is one year.
There is only one round of applications for this scholarship each year. If you are going to commence your honours mid-year (Semester 2) you must apply in this round. Applications open from 1 September to 30 November each year.
To apply, you must provide a 200 word statement describing the research that you intend to pursue during your Honours year and how you will be utilising non-animal alternative methods to replace the use of animals or animal products in medical research. This must be emailed to science.enquiries@anu.edu.au
