If you encounter any difficulties with accepting the offer or making the payment, please contact our central team so we can talk you through the next steps.

In the event that you have accepted your offer but later decide to cancel, you will need to terminate your contract. When should I arrive at my Residence and what do I need to know before move-in day?

We kindly ask that you carefully review the start date of your contract as indicated in your offer letter. In the event that you plan to arrive outside the contract start date, please inform the Residence of your planned arrival date in order for them to make the necessary arrangements for you. Please remember that your residence may not be able to accommodate you prior to your contract start date so ensure you plan your trip carefully. Should you decide to arrive after your contract starts, you remain liable for all charges for your accommodation from the start date of your contract, not your arrival date.

Furthermore, your Residence will provide you with important pre-arrival information via email once you have accepted your offer of accommodation.

For more detailed information, we recommend referring to the moving in checklist and prospectus, residential handbook, and guides. These resources will provide you with helpful tips and guidance to ensure a smooth transition into your new accommodation.
