Each year, the Australian National University may offer an award known as the Bobbie Fenner Scholarship.
The objective of the Award is to provide support to a student from a remote or regional background, who may have experienced financial hardship, and chooses to reside in Fenner Hall.
Funding has been provided by Frank Fenner in memory of his wife Bobbie Fenner, both whom are now deceased.

The scholarship provides a stipend of $9,000 per annum for up to 3 years. The scholarship is paid at the beginning of each semester. Recipients must reside in Fenner Hall to receive the scholarship.
All applicants applying for admission to ANU through the direct Admission Scholarship and Accommodation Application will be automatically considered for the award, based on them meeting the eligibility criteria and electing to be considered for scholarships.
