About this scholarship
The objective of the Award is to support an engineering student who identifies as a woman during their undergraduate degree at the ANU College of Systems and Society.
Funding for this Award is supported by the Skip Foundation and is named after its Co-Founder Ms Kim Jackson, an ANU Alumna who graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Engineering Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce. Kim is a strong advocate on how education has the power to change lives and believes this scholarship will change the life of the recipient, enabling them to study at ANU and engage in all facets of university life.

The Award is available to a commencing ANU student who:
- is a domestic student; and
- identifies as a woman; and
- receives an offer of admission to a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering (Research and Development) single or flexible double degree offered by the ANU College of Systems and Society; and
- at the time of application to the University, resides in ACT, WA, SA or NT, or resides in a remote or regional area as determined by the geographical classification defined by the Australian Statistical Geography Standard – ASGS within VIC, NSW, TAS or QLD.

To be considered for the award, applicants must apply for admission through the ANU Admission Scholarship and Accommodation (ASA) application system and elect to be considered for scholarships.
