Each year the ANU College of Science (‘the College’) may offer an award known as the Jennifer Wanless and Elizabeth Bradford Scholarship (‘the Award’).
The objective of the Award is to support high achieving women to continue their undergraduate studies and work towards a major in the following STEM subjects: physics, earth sciences, astronomy, chemistry or mathematics.
This annual grant is offered by the College of Asia and the Pacific but open to students of all Colleges at the Australian National University. It is funded in perpetuity by the Bhati Family Endowment to foster regional interconnectedness and encourage talented students to build mutually beneficial relationships between Australia and India.
The grant will assist current ANU students from any discipline who need to travel to India for their research.
The Elspeth Young Memorial Grants have been made possible by the generous bequest from Dr Elspeth Young to provide financial support to Indigenous Australian undergraduate and graduate students at the Australian National University. This support will be directed to costs necessary and incidental to studies, but not including any fees.
There is limited funding available so unfortunately it is not always possible for the committee to approve, or approve in full, all applications.
The grant will assist current students of the ANU College of Asia and Pacific to undertake research or study for which they will benefit from travel to Asia or the Pacific. Please visit the website for details.
This Grant is offered by the Research School of Physics in the ANU College of Science. The Grant will aid students who are experiencing special difficulties and require financial assistance to continue and/or to complete their studies.
The ANU College of Business & Economics may award scholarships to students from Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander communities who are applying for admission to undergraduate degree programs offered by the College.
This scholarship will assist with the cost of studying in an undergraduate coursework program at the College and offers students the chance to be recognised for their academic achievements, meet other scholarship recipients and build strong professional networks.
