Fenner School of Environment and Society Bursary for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Student

The Fenner School of Environment and Society  within the ANU College of Systems and Society may offer a number of awards known as the Fenner School of Environment and Society Bursary for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Student.

The objective of this award is to provide financial support to an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander student enrolled in an eligible degree program, which contributes to the sustainable management and understanding of natural environments.

Funding for this Award is provided by the Fenner School of Environment and Society. 

The Joy and Norman Wheatley School of Music Scholarship

The School of Music within the ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences may offer a number of awards known as the Joy and Norman Wheatley School of Music Scholarship.

The objectives of the Award are to support outstanding first-year undergraduate music students who are either planning to undertake an honours year or are studying a double degree, and who can demonstrate skills as a music practitioner/performer, with a preference to students studying Western music.

ANU Access and Transition Bursary

For students commencing their Undergraduate degree at the Australian National University (ANU) in Semester 2, 2026, the ANU Coursework Scholarships Office (CSO) may offer a number of awards known as the ANU Access and Transition Bursary.

The objective of the Award is to provide financial support to domestic students to assist with study-related costs associated with undertaking their program at ANU.

Funding for this Award is provided by the Australian National University through internally allocated funding resources.

GO Foundation Scholarship

TheTjabal Indigenous Higher Education Centre (‘the Tjabal Centre’) within the Australian National University (ANU) may offer an award known as theGO Foundation Scholarship.

The objective of the Award is to support an undergraduate Indigenous student enrolled in a degree program at the University.

Care economies: The First Nations disability workforce in remote Australia PhD scholarship

The School of Medicine and Psychology in the ANU College of Health and Medicine is offering a one-off award to support a PhD research project exploring the intersections of care, work and the National Disability Insurance Scheme in a remote First Nations community in Central Australia. This social sciences project is part of a larger program of research funded by the Australian Research Council examining the future possibilities of a First Nations disability workforce in remote areas in collaboration with First Nations research partners.
